Experienced Factory Workers

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines for cutting wood or sheet materials according to design specifications.
Handle pressing machines and ensure materials are compressed and bonded properly.
Operate edge banding machines to ensure clean and smooth finishes.
Perform boring operations with precision, following size and alignment instructions.
Monitor machine performance and report any faults or maintenance needs.
Load and unload raw materials or finished products.
Follow safety procedures and use protective gear at all times.
Assist with basic maintenance of machines and tools.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in any of the listed processes (Cutting, Pressing, Edge Banding, Boring) is a strong advantage.
Ability to read and follow basic technical instructions or production plans.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, stand, or work for extended periods.
Good teamwork skills and a respectful attitude towards coworkers and supervisors.
Willingness to work in shifts or overtime when needed.
Attention to detail and focus on quality.
Basic understanding of factory safety standards and procedures.
