Experienced Housekeepers

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, workspaces, or public areas, depending on the setting. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the overall guest or resident experience is top-class.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy rooms, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other assigned areas.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces without leaving streaks.
Collect and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
Refill cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols during cleaning.
Handle cleaning equipment properly and maintain them in good condition.
Deliver a high level of customer service when interacting with guests or staff.

Requirements:

No formal education required (basic reading and writing skills preferred).
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful in conduct.
Must follow safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
