Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Assist with managing documents, records, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Support senior staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Help in preparing reports, invoices, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff when required.
Handle basic bookkeeping or assist the finance department (if required).
Cooperate with other departments and contribute to team efforts.
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
