We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records, reporting, and compliance of our organization. If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and a commitment to accuracy, we’d love to have you on our team.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining general ledger records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash.
Process payroll and ensure accurate deductions, taxes, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Ensure all accounting practices comply with current laws and company policies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may apply).
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Understanding of Indian tax laws, statutory filings, and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
