Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office schedules.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Manage basic office supplies and monitor front desk inventory.
Assist with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
High school diploma or graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
0–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and pleasant telephone manners.
