Manage and oversee daily office operations and procedures.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in basic HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding new employees.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Ensure the office is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Support finance/admin teams with petty cash, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with basic accounting and HR processes is an advantage.
