As a Supervisor, you will be the key link between the team and management. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that staff perform their duties effectively, productivity targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.

Supervise day-to-day activities of staff and allocate work accordingly.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback as needed.
Train new team members and support their onboarding process.
Maintain shift schedules and attendance records.
Resolve staff or customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards are followed at all times.
Report progress and issues to upper management on a regular basis.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records, inventory, or other operational data if required.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred based on industry).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or relevant software (if required).
Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices.
